One Foot Path is a meditation on the quiet power of intuitive motion. It honours the act of moving forward – not through certainty, but through presence and deep trust in one’s internal guidance system. Insisting on prioritising guidance from this system is in itself a luxury, one that we often need to rip through the fabric of society in order to enjoy.

Reflective surfaces echo the fluidity of clarity and doubt, catching light in unexpected ways, just as insight often appears and disappears in moments of flux.

Even in uncertainty, grace and strength are available to us. One Foot Path is ultimately a hopeful work, created from the fortifying experience of honouring the inner compass despite doubt, fear and other data from prior injuries and future worries.

The path is made as one foot falls ahead of the other; the traveller itself is the path.
